Juan Sebastian

Juan Sebastian is passionate about hospitality and has poured that passion into his concepts, adding inspiration from his Colombian and Spanish heritage and world travels. Besides his business pursuits, Juan Sebastian’s biggest joy has been combining his passion for fitness with philanthropic pursuits, particularly those he does in memory of his beloved younger sister Laura Patricia Calle. He travels the world competing in Ironman triathlons, along with his wife Pia. Juan Sebastian and his wife Pia started Presents for a Purpose, a charity that brings toys and groceries to underprivileged local families during the holidays, serving hundreds in the Atlanta area. He recently received the American Kidney Fund Kidney National Excellence Award, for his work in raising awareness of kidney disease and the need for kidney donors.

Adam Berlin

Adam is an Atlanta native who has been in the hospitality business since he was a teenager – working his way up from a busboy and bartender with a culinary obsession to co-founder, co-owner and operator of several bars and restaurants in Athens and Atlanta. Adam also lends his expertise as a WSET Level 2 Certified Sommelier and host/co-founder of The Tipsy Gourmand food and wine pop-up series. In his free time, Adam enjoys cooking, his fermentation experiments (beer, pickles, sourdough, kombucha – you name it), and his herb and vegetable garden. As a lover of the outdoors, he enjoys camping and hiking with his dog Teeny. Adam is also passionate about giving back to the community through philanthropic pursuits, including his work with Brawl For A Cause in support of AIDS research.
